NEW MARKDOWNS – look for new markdowns around the store as we clear things out and make room for all the new stuff coming from CHA.  We have a 50% off table in the class room for tomorrow, but it’ll be cleared off for class, so check it out early…  also, be sure to check the cafe bar as I’ve set out a selection of “Onsie” sale items (including papers) which are all 50% off.  These items are going fast, but I have been adding things daily right now as we’re making room as quickly as possible for all the new goodies!

Cricut Expression – $125 – I have ONE cricut expression in the store for sale.  It has been used one time and comes with a few extra mats and blades, as well as the two cartridges that came with it.   This is a first come item.  I can’t hold it as I just need to make room and my new eClips just showed up (yippee!!!)

So much new product is arriving and more coming this week!  I’m trying to keep the new product up front so it’s easy to find!

Twinkling H2Os – We just got a whole selection back in stock for those of you that know and love these fun shimmering watercolors.  If you aren’t familiar with Twinkling H2Os, you should really check them out.  They are sooooo easy to use and are a great way to add beautiful mica shimmer color to your projects.  Plus, new colors will be coming in very very soon!  Keep an eye out for those!

Radiant Rain Sprays – Oh, what fun these are too!  These beautiful sprays have both shimmer and color so you can get really great effects.  We’ve got some new colors in and more new colors on the way!  Plus they’ve re-engineered the bottle and the spray so no more clogging!  I love that!

Masks and Resist Papers – Also from Creative Imaginations we just got in some beautiful masks that will work great with your sprays and inks. 

Creative Imaginations Papers – 3 new lines from Creative Imaginations are here!  Vibrant colors with an asian feel (check out the purple foil cherry blossom tree paper – amazing!), Moroccanish papers (I think that’s how I’d describe it, but I could be wrong…  LOL!) with teal, mustard and cranberrys – and elephants!  And (don’t tell my mom, I was going to surprise her with a little present in the mail!) a Raggedy Ann collection.  My mom and I have a thing for these adorable dolls and it’s been a while since I’ve seen and lines available.  I actually got this line in just for that reason, but it’s actually been going quickly because it’s so cute, so grab it while you can.

WASHI PAPER!!!

 I finally got in more Washi Paper and it’s been selling like crazy!  It’s been here a week and already some of the papers are half gone.  I base my price on where I buy them and what they charge me and have been told that the price seems LOW!  LOL!  But that just means it’s better for you!  Stock up while they are here

Take your beginner scrapbook pages to the next level.  We will be making 2 pre-designed pages that will teach you how to use all those cool things and techniques that make your pages pop!  Learn things like how to use buttons, brads, flowers, ribbons, stickles, white pen, double-sided paper, tearing, inking, punches and more!  If you would like to take this class, email me or call the store AFTER 11AM on Monday so we can get you registered…

Contest Kit – The contest kits are back on track!  February’s contest kit will be due March 10th (I’m giving you an extra week since I didn’t have it available the first of the month).  March’s contest kit should be available (finger’s crossed) at the end of the week.  It will feature Saturdays from Little Yellow Bicycle.  I am starting a reserve list if you would like to make sure you get a kit.  These will be limited in number as well.  I have the papers at the store if you want to take a look.  March’s kit will be due the first Saturday in April….

Happy Day before Valentine’s Day!  I can’t believe we’re halfway through February already!  It’s been two weeks since I returned from CHA and the goodies are already rolling in!  I’m going to try to be brief in this newsletter, but it always seems I have so much to tell you about!  LOL! Ranger Technique Tag Class #1 Tonight at 5:30!  This class was originally scheduled during the snowstorm and was moved to Feb 13th.  We have a couple spots left if you’d like to join class.  We’ll be learning all about Perfect Pearls as well some other fun projects.  Wondering about the Ranger Technique Tag Series?  It’s a series of 5 classes.  Each class makes 5 tags and by the end you’ve got a great technique manual and you’ve learned how to use all the great ranger products we have in the store.  This is an ongoing series and you can take the classes in any order…  And the best part is that the class is $20, and you get $15-$18 worth of product in EACH class…  You’ll love all you learn in this fun, low pressure class…  Call the store after 11am if you’d like to join us for the evening.

CHA PREVIEW NIGHT:

It’s this Friday (February 17) at 6:00 pm!  Get the first peek at all the new great products coming to the store over the next few months.  We’ll have special preview night deals, opportunities for you to reserve items, and prizes.  While RSVP is not required, it is requested so I have an idea  how many are coming.  And those that RSVP will have a special little extra as a thanks.  If you have a folding, please bring it with you…

• October Afternoon Sasparilla is here – Sasparilla is cool vintage western and  is pure October Afternoon greatness… Most of the line is here, with a few of embellishments coming in shortly.  This line has been selling like hot cakes already, so you’ll want to come in soon.  Check it out here.
• HoneyPOP stamps – brand new line of collection of HoneyPOP stamps with a great new addition:  Rainbow HoneyPOP paper!!!  This paper is sooooo cool!  Wait until you see it.  And of course, there is a great new sample board that shows off all the cool stamps and the neat cloud template too!  
• Inky Antics – Also from Inky Antics (they make the HoneyPOP stamps), we got in a line of cat and dog stamps.  These stamps come with paws-itively adorable sentiments too.  Check out the sample board in the store to get some good ideas! 
• Crop Stop – Limited Edition Embossing Folders just came in.  Every month Crop Stop will send us different embossing folders and when they are gone, they are gone!  I won’t be able to order any more so you’ll definitely want to pick these up when you see them.
• American Crafts – Dear Lizzy Neopolitan has great soft colors and fun embellishments perfect for spring.  Some of papers have strawberries, ice cream cones and other fun patterns.  And there’s a really cool crepe paper ruffle paper that has soooo many options for creative uses.
• American Crafts POW paper – If you haven’t seen this glitter paper yet from American Crafts, you have to take a look at it!  It’s a totally different type of glitter paper and because of the way that it’s created, you can actually cut it with your electronic die cutting machines without the glitter dulling your blade and getting all over your sticky mat.  And they just released some beautiful new colors too!

Contest Kit – The contest kits are back on track!  This months kit will be available tomorrow and features the line Gathering from Authentique.  I love the oranges and teals in this line with big bold flowers…  You’ll want to hurry and get yours because I only made 10 this month.   Are you wondering “What is the contest kit?”  Every month there’s a new kit available with $15 worth of product for only $10.  You can create whatever you want with the kit and we’ll vote on the entries the following month.  The winner gets a store gift certificate and free kit for the following month.  I can’t wait to see what you come up with using this months kit!  

I’m back from CHA and boy, oh, boy was this a busy trip.  Thursday was a fun filled, all day class with Tim Holtz.  I learned some fun new techniques so look for those soon.  Saturday I drove to Prima’s headquarters in Chino to take 2 classes from Donna Downey.  I learned some cool stuff in these classes too, and most of all I got super messy!  So much fun!  And then it was 3.5 days of solid CHA convention goodness.  It was a really busy show with lots of planning, shopping and ordering!  We’ll be having a CHA preview night on Friday February 17th at 6pm.  Please RSVP if you think you’ll be coming as it helps me plan for prizes and chairs.
